These records are being published in response to a false police report filed by Amanda Mitchell Diaz. In that report she alleged harassment and claimed I was attempting to blackmail her for "free legal advice."
I have never asked Amanda for legal advice of any kind, nor have I blackmailed her.
What actually happened: Amanda was having an extramarital affair with me (I did not cheat on anyone). I warned her that her husband Clayton might find out about the affair. I also informed her that I intended to send a cease and desist letter to the Loop and Lil’s restaurant/bar, naming her as a direct witness to many of the events.
The letter was intended to address staff members — particularly Felicia Cook — who were using the bar, its resources, and security cameras to record patrons, collect private information, and spread disparaging (often false or manipulated, frequently sexual) details about people’s personal lives in order to humiliate, slut-shame, and gatekeep social groups in town.
The communication history actually shows the opposite of her claim: I repeatedly asked Amanda to stop contacting me. Instead, she continued to bombard me with messages, begging me to meet in person and claiming I was being mind-controlled by my girlfriend Hailey and that I actually loved her.
